1. Who we are
The RoboBitches™ website (the "Site") is owned and operated by J.M. Reid ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
2. Satire and fiction
RoboBitches™ is a work of fiction and satire. Characters, names, dialogue, and storylines are invented. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental. References to public figures, brands, or events are commentary, parody, or satire and are protected expression.
3. Adult themes
The Site contains adult themes including violence, sexuality, and mature language. You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Do not access the Site if this is not true.
4. Accounts and invite codes
Most of the Site is invite-only. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and invite codes private. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are obtained or used in bad faith.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the RoboBitches™ name and logo, the characters Helen, HIM, and Zoe (Z03), all artwork, comic pages, episode content, music, sound, and the Scrapyard Brawl game — is owned by J.M. Reid or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except as allowed by fair use or by these Terms.
Music and sound design contributed by The Sugar Boys is used under license.
6. Limited license to use the Site
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-download Site content; (b) use the Site to harass, abuse, or defame any person; (c) interfere with the Site's operation; (d) circumvent the invite-code system or share invite codes publicly without permission; (e) misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person.
8. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
